Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders, UK-wide.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days after processing. The Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas can take a little longer.

Can I track my order?
Yes — every order ships with a tracking number, which you'll receive by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at support@tavellehome.com and we'll send you the return address and instructions. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what now?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, free of charge.
