30-day returns

Not completely happy with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Please email us first at support@tavellehome.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and simple instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us — unannounced returns can't always be matched to an order.

Return conditions

Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. You won't pay return shipping for damaged or faulty items.

Your statutory rights

This returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose) and your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
