Privacy Policy

Tavelle Home ("we", "us") is operated by Vestera Commerce, Meidoornlaan 17, 3881 EM Putten, The Netherlands (CoC/KvK: 69471002). We are the controller of the personal data we collect through this store. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights — in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

What we collect

  • Order information: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the items you purchase — to process, deliver and support your order.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical information: device, browser and usage data collected via cookies to make the site work, remember your basket and understand how the store is used.
  • Marketing preferences: your email address if you sign up for our newsletter — only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Why we process your data

We process your data to fulfil our contract with you (processing and delivering orders, handling returns), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting), and — with your consent — to send you marketing emails. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run this store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, delivery carriers and our suppliers' fulfilment partners (name and delivery address only, to ship your order). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as required by tax law (7 years under Dutch law), and marketing data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@tavellehome.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
