Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed at Tavelle Home, operated by Vestera Commerce, Meidoornlaan 17, 3881 EM Putten, The Netherlands (CoC/KvK: 69471002, VAT: NL002203174B53). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability; in that case you will be refunded in full. All prices are in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom, with free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping policy for details.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we additionally offer 30-day returns — see our Return and refund policy for how it works.

Faulty goods

If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to the remedies set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement or refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond your statutory rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

All content on this store (texts, images, branding) belongs to Tavelle Home / Vestera Commerce and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the United Kingdom, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
